In Hindi 'Artha HO' means: to be a meaning.
HOOW originated from a desire, idealism, an objective of an individual. If you let an idealist philosophize about the meaning or nonsense of life, then great things happen in the mind and head of that idealist ... passion blossoms and the heart speaks ... idealism in the idealist catches fire and that fire creates possibilities ... and the hope is always that one spark can still light a big fire.
I am such an idealist and a dreamer. Don't take my dreams away because they feed my smile, don't take away the ground under my feet, because they are looking for roots. I grew up in West Flanders and have spoken the words 'Mo HOOW zeg' countless times, fighting against justices, small and big. I consider India as a second home, where Artha Ho (To be of meaning) is not evident, but is the most important motive and deep inner desire.
Fortunately, the fire is now strongly ignited, idealists from all over the world have come into action, showing that we are indeed all one and that it is up to us to see the world as whole: human, animal, plant, nature, cosmos. .. to respect and heal in Love.
HOOW is one of the many projects that wants to bring the community together in awareness, humanity, love, understanding,.. to make our existence a truly healing and more than useful one.

Mo HOOW zeg!' Is een veel uitgesproken gezegde in West-Vlaanderen. Het is een uitroep van verontwaardiging, licht ongeloof en de onderliggende tonatie geeft aan dat de situatie niet is wat het zou moeten zijn....
'Artha HO' betekent in het hindi: een betekenis ZIJN.
HOOW is ontstaan vanuit een verlangen, een idealisme, een doelstelling van een individu. Als je een idealist laat filosoferen over de zin of onzin van het leven, dan gebeuren er in het hoofd en hart van die idealist grootse dingen......passie ontluikt en het hart spreekt...het idealisme in de idealist vat vuur en dat vuur creëert mogelijkheden......en de hoop is er steeds dat er toch één vonkje een groot vuur kan aansteken.
Ik ben zo een idealist en een dromer. Neem mij mijn dromen niet af want ze voeden mijn glimlach, neem mij de grond onder mijn voeten niet af, want ze zoeken wortels. Ik groeide op in West-Vlaanderen en zal wel ontelbaar keer de woorden 'Mo HOOW zeg' uitgesproken hebben, strijdend voor rechtvaardigheid, klein en groot. Ik beschouw India als mijn tweede thuis, waar Artha Ho (een betekenis zijn) niet evident is, maar als drijfveer en diepe binnenwens het grootst aanwezig.
Gelukkig is het vuur tegenwoordig sterk aangewakkerd, van over de hele wereld zijn er idealisten in actie gekomen, tonend dat we in essentie allemaal één zijn en dat het aan ons is om de hele wereld, mens, dier, plant, natuur, kosmos,... te respecteren en in Liefde te helen.
HOOW is één van de talrijke projecten die de community wil samenbrengen in bewustzijn, menselijkheid, liefde, begrip,… om van ons bestaan een werkelijk helend en meer dan nuttig bestaan te maken.
